The monograph submitted to the readers brings an overview of the state of the art and directions for further development in the field of hollow thin sheet axisymmetric parts production using metal spinning. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the problem of metal spinning processes classification, mechanics of spinning and analysis of selected process parameters influence on the metal spun parts quality. Part of the work is dedicated to presentation of author’s experimental research results focused on the determination of technological, geometrical and material parameters influence on quality of the spun parts made of low carbon steels, mild steels, aluminium alloys and copper alloys. In detail is described methodology and results of experiments aimed at investigation of spun parts strain distribution, surface integrity as well as geometrical accuracy depending on degree of deformation.
